Ladies Morning Out

Gals of all ages are invited to join us in the Fireside Room as we resume Ladies Morning out on Thursday, January 10. Our "Special Features" start at 9:30 (you will want to come earlier to enjoy coffee and goodies) and our bible studies begin at 10 am. Our January 10th meeting will feature a visual tribute to the life of Ruth Bell Graham. Our Bible studies in 1 Timothy and Revelation will continue January 17th. Child care is provided for nursery and preschoolers. Come join us!

BIBLE STUDY ELECTIVES

The Book of Revelation
Audrey Hackert, teacher

We will study the "Revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave to John to show us things which must shortly come to pass". This book reveals Christ bathed in glory - a stark contrast to the image of Christ as bloody, tortured prisoner. This in only one of the many transformations revealed. Revelation clearly shows Christís supremacy over all, something which is missing from our culture.

"Blessed is he that readeth and they that hear the words of this prophecy and keep these things...for the time is at hand".

Making Godliness Real in Your Life

If you find that one of your deepest longings is to live a godly life, but are not sure how to make it happen, join us in a study of 1 Timothy, a letter rich in encouragement and practical guidance.

Issues which are addressed in 1 Timothy and will be discussed are: the focus of a godly woman, the heart attitudes of a godly woman, and the behavior of a godly woman. This study is specifically written to help Christian women know how God desires for them to live.
